Installation

  1. Navigate to a project Workspace.
  2. Within the Workspace navigation bar click the Sign in to Zoom button.
  3. You will be redirected to the Zoom Sign In page.
  4. Sign In to your Zoom account or Sign Up to create a Zoom account.
  5. Authorize Harbr's request to access your Zoom account.
  6. Back in Workspace the Sign in to Zoom button will now show Start Zoom Meeting.
  7. You have successfully installed Zoom.


Usage

  1. Click the Start Zoom Meeting button to Schedule, Start or Sign Out of Zoom.
  2. The Zoom Meetings modal will appear where you may select Schedule Meeting, Start Meeting, or Sign Out of Zoom.
    • Schedule Meeting
      • You will be redirected to your Zoom account to Schedule a Meeting.
    • Start Meeting 
      • This will start a new meeting in a new browser tab.


Uninstallation

  1. Click the Start Zoom Meeting button to Sign Out of Zoom.
  2. The Zoom Meetings modal will appear where you may select Schedule Meeting, Start Meeting, or Sign Out of Zoom.
    • Sign Out of Zoom
      •  will deauthorize Harbr from accessing your Zoom account.


Uninstalling the Harbr app from Zoom App Marketplace

  1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Harbr app.
  3. Click the Harbr app.
  4. Click Uninstall.
